Refund policy

Hello there! First of all, we would like to thank you for supporting Eileen Tai Studio! It means the world to us!

Every item in our studio is made with lots of love and care, most items are hand assembled and printed in our little home studio. We always try our best to ensure the best quality before delivering the products to you. However, in case there is a reason that you'd like to return or get a refund for your ordered items, please read the below details carefully:

 

A. Return of defective or wrong items

  • If there is a valid quality issue with your ordered items, or if we have sent a different item to you from your order, we do accept return of products in unused condition with original packaging for either a prompt replacement of the same item, an exchange of item which similar price, or immediate full refund.

B. Refund of missing parcel 

  • Once a parcel is accepted by the courier provider, we are no longer liable for the parcel. The parcel is solely the responsibility of buyer from tracking progress to receiving the items. In the unlikely event that the parcel does not reach its intended destination, please file a claim with the respective courier company.

C. Refund due to wrong size: 

  • We do not refund for wrongly ordered items, please ensure that the designs and sizes are correct before placing an order. However, item exchange with a similar price product is possible. 

D. Order cancellation after items are dispatched -- not refundable.

 

How to return items to us?

  1. Send us an email at hello@eileentai.com with your order number, description of the issue and clear photos of the products.
  2. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  3. The items have to be returned in its original packaging.
  4. Once we have received the returned products, replacement/ exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days. 
  5. Please note that we do not take responsibility on returned items which do not reach us, we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance before posting the items.
