Shipping policy
Shipping Timeline
- If your order only consists of ready stocks, it will be shipped out within 1-5 working days.
- If your order consists of both ready stocks and preorder items, it will be shipped out when all items are completed.
- Please note that we only ship once a week, truly appreciate your patience in waiting for your parcel.
- Delivery timeline varies by country. Generally, domestic delivery takes about 1-3 days while international shipping takes about 1 - 3 weeks to arrive.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipping are charged at a flat rate:
- West Malaysia: RM 8.00
- East Malaysia: RM 15.00
- Free shipping for orders above MYR 150
International Shipping
We work with Pos Malaysia, FedEx & DHL Express for all international shipping. The shipping rates differ according to countries and are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel. You may check the estimation of your shipping cost before confirming your purchase. If your country is not listed, do drop us an email at hello@eileentai.com and we will get back to you on the shipping rate for your location.
Urgent Orders
Should you prefer to receive your orders urgently, please drop us an email at hello@eileentai.com and we will provide advise accordingly.
Duty & Custom Taxes
Please take note that all duty and custom taxes applicable will be borne by the recipient. Custom policies may vary widely from country to country, kindly check with your local custom officers for further details.
Parcel Tracking
After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as your items are dispatched, you will also receive the shipping information and parcel tracking number from us. Please also check your spam folder as sometimes notifications email will end up in there.
